We offer a complimentary 15-minute video consultation where you can meet us, learn about the services we provide, and discuss our payment options. This is also a great opportunity for you to share the main concerns that have led you to consider therapy.
Intake
$75
During our 45-minute intake appointment, we’ll take the time to discuss your history. It’s important for us to understand your mental health background and any environmental factors that might be influencing it. Together, we’ll work on developing a goal that aligns with your needs and aspirations.
Individual Therapy
$100
We provide 60-minute video sessions where we offer a supportive, confidential, and non-judgmental space. Together, we’ll explore challenges and help you develop and apply the tools needed to overcome difficulties.
